Super Resolution, High Magnification Nano Imaging

Using the super resolution objective lens, LIG Nanowise can overcome the optical diffraction resolution limit with the standard white light optical microscopes (200 nm), and enables imaging at resolution of 75-100 nm.

LIG Nanowise Application Suite integrates the NS-1 nanoscope and digital camera and provides a user friendly interface. It provides a fast routine and analysis in real time while allowing manual operation of the nanoscope. LIG Nanowise Application Suite allows high resolution imaging for a wide variety of needs such as visualisation, enhancement and accurate measurements.
